Adelaide Ray Young

Adelaide Young is an American film actress, writer, and director. She began her acting career in Colorado in 2021 through the Life Is Strange video game franchise. Since then Adelaide has acted in several music videos, a feature film, and over 20 shorts. She has received multiple directing and writing grants and is passionate about mental health depictions in cinema. For acting, Adelaide loves any and all characters but particularly enjoys messy, morally gray roles or roles that require significant physical prep or research. When Adelaide is not writing or acting, she enjoys working on art crew as a set dresser. She also loves nature, reading, and fashion.
