Matt was bullied through elementary school for being learning disabled and in middle school found an escape through football. Matt had an early calling to Law Enforcement and was fascinated with undercover work, particularly the CIA. Before going into Law Enforcement, Matt went to three years of college before leaving to become a failed actor. He then followed his passion of becoming a Police Officer in Charlotte, North Carolina. Matt knew from the start his goal was to do undercover work and eventually end up in Vice and Narcotics. Matt began his Law Enforcement career in the most violent and crime ridden area in Charlotte, experiencing fights and foot chases on a nightly basis, and the worst of the worst calls including the loss of two fellow officers who were ambushed, shot, and killed by a coward. Matt made his way to Vice and Narcotics and found his way into a long term Deepcover case where he embedded with the Greek, Italian, and Russian mafia posing a billionaire playboy, sacrificing his friends and family to only be friends with the people Matt was tasked with investigating, knowing at any minute if his true identity is revealed he is dead. Matt spent two years in this case, came home for a month before being asked to infiltrate a Domestic Terrorist group planning on bombing the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Matt would then spend the next year of his life living with Domestic Terrorists and getting arrested just in hopes of preventing the bombing. Matt received the Medal of Valor after the case for his work. Matt left Charlotte a few years after the second Deepcover case and moved to Florida, still in Law Enforcement. Matt knew he was having some mental health issues but was not willing to deal with them until getting very sick with a lung infection and was forced to leave Law Enforcement. Matt finally sought help, was diagnosed with C-PTSD and has made huge steps in his mental recovery and physical recovery. Now Matt has gone back into acting and attempting to remove the "failed" in his acting career.
