I Can Hear Your Lies, Mr Black
About
Bobby spent thirty years as a casino janitor. He knew every ventilation shaft, every service door, every blind spot the cameras couldn't reach. But when new owner Vincent took over with a promise to "cut dead weight," Bobby was handed a termination slip and dragged out the front door like garbageāhis quiet plea for a few more months, just to help his granddaughter Lily through a rough patch, met with nothing but cold indifference. That was only the beginning. Vincent's son, young Vincent, had already destroyed Lily's reputation, leaking lies across social media to cover his own abandonment, costing her job, her friends, and her future. Bobby watched his granddaughter force back tears and whisper, "I'm sorry I dragged you down with me." And something inside the old man finally brokeānot into grief, but into purpose. He walked back into that casino to demand answers. He was laughed at, shoved aside, and when he finally lunged in desperation, security slammed him to the ground and dragged him out the back alley. The last thing he saw before his skull cracked against the pavement was the neon glow of the place he'd served for thirty years. But as the world went dark, Bobby understood one thing clearly: the world never gives justice to honest men. So he'll have to take it himself.
